Sometimes I get stuck and can’t figure out that problem and need help but other times I am sure that it’s not from our end and when I report a problem and some hot shot person tries and hand you the solution in this stupid manner, I itch to reply WTF!!

Just imagine if someone tells a chef to add salt if the food is “masi’7”. Like a trivial thing!

The problem is when someone throws this your way and you are in NO mood at all, mesakeen “يحوشهم طشار” !! and this realization comes in late and I tell myself is an apology required, then think karma

Just ask questions and never assume, because the other person may have tried all solutions possible and troubleshooted everything because they want to ensure they hassle you the least so when reporting the problem, most probably it’s your mistake.
