Hilarious Thoughts

There are moments in life when you regret not having a running video camera to capture the moment
Especially when your little less than a month old niece just sky rocketed her poopy all over her gramma looooooool
PAUSE …
She didn’t pee, vomit or make weird sounds … she went 3ala 6ool for the big one ;P
Mom was changing her diaper and as I was about to go get the cream for her, my cute niece make a sound and woooosh her poopy is all over mom, her clothes and the sofa HAHAHAHAHA … mom just had her shower looooooooool
How can that much come out of a little tiny creature ;P
6ab3an, I couldn’t stop myself and laughed, laughing I went over to my sis and told her, laughing I went to the kitchen and got soap and sponge to clean the evidence … laughing … laughing … images going through my head …
with one thought one mind … DAMN, if only I caught that on tape ;D

Some things you don’t get over
You just learn to live with them
IKEA Laptop Support
Posted by Bloggylife in thoughts on February 15, 2009
This is a laptop support that I got from IKEA for 7 KD. I decided to share it, because I’ve been searching for something with the same concept for quiet a while. I do like IKEA products, mostly because I have the chance to assemble things myself. They come in two colours, black and white. I do recommend the black one, as to not interfere with the infra-red mouse and hopefully doesn’t get dirty easily.

How do married people look like??
I’ve been asked a question many times and never thought twice about it, but today I was asked “Are you married?, you don’t look like you’re married”
Then it hit me, how come people come to this conclusion…
If I see a person who’s pregnant, then I assume she’s married ;P Or maybe I know the person, so I’m well aware of their status. If couples were hanging out, then there’s a pretty good chance that they’re married and so on …
But how do you conclude the status, if it’s an anonymous, someone you don’t know
So is there a “look” I’m missing … The married look ;P
Or is it more of a scientific approach, your job, your life style … that kind of analysis ;D
I don’t know if men get this question, as we women do…
But seriously is there a “married look”
VertrigoServ

About a year ago, I came across this freeware and I fell more in love with open source.
I wanted to add to my Vista operating system, web server functionality.
This magnificent tool installs the two most imporant products I needed, Apache and MySQL. I didn’t have to do it individually, with VertrigoServ, everything is installed under one roof (C:\Program Files\VertrigoServ)
In their official project website (link), they list all components that are part of the installed bundle.
I love how everything is centralized and minimized under a single icon which is displayed next to the time and date.
I know, there maybe other solutions out there, but I like this just fine
Camera Hunting – Nikon
Posted by Bloggylife in Gadgets, personal on February 13, 2009
I have a coolpix nikon digital camera. I want to upgrade to a better version, but keeping in mind the price. I have a budget of 300 – 400 KD.
I went over to Ashraf in Muhallab and he recommended a list and gave me the prices before discount, he promised a good discount and photography lessons.
I looked up the items he listed and it seems they go on for a much lesser price on Amazon, but I didn’t take in mind the shipping.
| Nikon Camera | Ashraf Pricing |
| D80 (*) | 405 KD |
| D40 | 305 KD |
| D60 | 292 KD |
| D90 (*) | 531 KD |
The problem is, I didn’t take the lenses specification from Ashraf, and in Amazon the body is equipped with different lenses! So still I’m left with more research before finalizing the purchase order.
I think I’m between the two with the (*), though one is way above the allocated budget.
LOL!

Aham shay ena … I thought that after college I became this ridiculous freak social retard person … and before that I was “ya3nee” acceptable …
But then I came across a sheet that I made after high school, my “supposedly achievements” ;P apparently I filled out this sheet to hype myself up ;P

Notice the order of them …

I guess I was a weirdo long time ago … yeah finishing “Tomb Raider” was an achievement apparently even 9 years ago loooool and add to that … more important than the “takreem”. And I was putting stuff together even back then and to whom … one of my brothers ;P ain’t that a “no brainer” hehehehe -btw, my bro just came in and asked me to fix the broken tv- LOL
I couldn’t come up with a better post title … ;D
LOL, I’m still laughing and my back hurts from lifting boxes and I’m dirty from all the dust .. but still laughing ;D
Broken Record
Posted by Bloggylife in personal on February 8, 2009
Every person has something continuous in their lives, well mine .. is … my messy room ;P
Again, I’m clearing out, my semi-clean room … I took a break and snapped away
I found papers and stuff dating back to university era, notes, birthday cards, cables (straight and cross) ;P

The small notes I had to scribble down solutions on the fly, I used to have those lying around next to my head, just in case I woke up at night and needed to write down my thoughts or a solution to a problem that’s been on my mind

My brother was asking for his recovery CD that he thinks he gave me, well I said NO, why would I have it! Then of course I found it in the rubble! Now I want to sneak it back to his room, because I won’t hear the end of it, if he knew I had it all along ;P

Even my handbag is to it’s fullest, I have to carry a book around, just in case I need to kill time, so I pop out my book and read … can you see the vaseline hiding in the background, that’s for my dry hands ;P

Panadol lying around ;P See when you wake up at night with the hugest headache and you just knock everything out to take a couple of pills, some pills end up flying to strange places and not down your throat ;D

I need a couple of more days to wrap things up and go buy some new furniture pieces to stash things away. Hopefully, I’ll be done with this mess soooooon

I just want to rip out my stupid damn conscious and beat the hell out of it! Even if I don’t agree with it, it’s has a mind of its own!! It’s driving me around and not my sensible mind and conclusions, even if it’s for a while. It’s not a part of me, my mind is functioning one way, my emotions is in another and my $#*&% conscious rules them all, even if I don’t want it to …
I need a magic solution to get rid of it or just put it to sleep!
I’m going running today, just to take the edge off. I haven’t worked out in a while and frustration is piling up.
My conscious starts kicking in about ridiculous meaningless stuff … It drives me crazy, talking loudly to myself, me trying to convince me about whatever subject my freaking annoying conscious is giving me a hard time about!!
I just feel like going on for miles and miles and maybe tire the damn thing to sleep …
Gmail and Blog
Posted by Bloggylife in technology, troubleshooting on February 6, 2009
After going through Bashar’s post about Gmail, I went through my gmail features and found that I can configure my domain email account (@bloggylife.com) ;P (well upto 5 accounts), kind of centralizing everything into one place ;D
Settings -> Accounts -> Add a mail account you own
It is straight forward, but if you’re not sure, usually you can get the mail setting configuration from your domain help page. The thing I liked, there is an option to automatically label your emails that are retrieved from your domain account to single them out.
In hotmail, which I use for personal and business, because these accounts go way back and all my contacts know them. Though I don’t frequently use messenger, but it’s a tool to stay in touch. I have rules set to sort out my incoming mails into folders based on sender, domain, etc. I haven’t used labels/folders in gmail yet, because there isn’t much to go through. My gmail is just used to stay in touch with the blogsphere .. for now ;D
One question is roaming through my mind and not quite sure of it, is there a possibility that this way, my blog emails are also filtered through gmail spam filters ;D The obvious answer should be no, the emails are just retrieved and whatever filtering that is supposed to happen, should be done at the original account servers. I’ll have to search for a definite answer.
