Could be to disrupt businesses in the Middle East (thus crash economy). Could be installing intercepting equipment to sniff private traffic. Could be those cable fixing companies wanting to show their importance and need. The list goes on... There are companies from Europe that have satellite coverage in the Middle East. Well a 2nd ISP won't do us good in this situation, since it's affecting the gulf region, thus all ISPs in Kuwait, except united probably since they go by satellite, though last year we were cut off for a day ... yeah but why would they do it on purpose ??
