LOL, I laughed so hard when I saw that, cz I did that a couple of times when “malee khilq”, restart your PC ;P laa ba3ad once step by step to a user how to restart until I said, Sir, hold that tiny button with the light on the big box on the floor that’s making noise for a couple of seconds ;D

I don’t do well with users, including managers. Sometimes I just snap! I can’t tolerate high dosage of stupidity and my job is NOT help desk…
I don’t know if people are just too stupid or too lazy… I can understand that some managers are too busy to waste time on tiny issues, but seriously, most of the stuff they ask for is a few minutes away by simply reading the bloody Help manual!!!!
