Just Thoughts

Decisions, it’s easier not to make them because they withhold some responsibility that no one likes to be linked to. Since everything here runs the opposite direction, the higher position the individual holds, the lesser decisions they are likely to make. they’ll just delegate this task to people underneath them with one thing in mind, the blaming culture that we seem to adopt and passionately live by.
I don’t understand who came up with this idea that we as human beings, don’t make mistakes, we do but as intelligent species we learn from our mistakes and don’t repeat them again. It’s weird how we thrive more on mistakes and errors rather than accomplishments.
We feel at ease when others come crumbling down but when we witness the raising of a hard working individual we immediately begin questioning the legality and validity of the act!

On an individual level, it’s more comforting to not change things, even if we don’t like them, we are taught to live it out, because everyone else is doing the same or simply you can’t change your surroundings. The hardest thing, is to make a decision on your own, under unsure circumstances, you are not sure if it’s absolutely the right one, but you are damn sure whatever you are in is not working, you sum up the gut to leap and the worst thing, is that you fail and you look around and all you see is people pointing and saying “told you so”, it doesn’t end here, you don’t give up, you take another jump and see where it takes you.
Making a decision is hard, recovering from a wrong decision is harder, not giving up even if you fail over and over again is much harder, doing it all on your own adds another notch to it being hard, having those around you discouraging you is the hardest of them all.
Life is short, it’s quite a waste to leave earth not living it up and taking chances. Some of us will succeed others will fail. Those who reach their goals often are recognized, others are the unnoticed heroes who didn’t give up and kept on trying though at the very end might not have reached their destinations, but have worked hard on achieving their dreams.
We have somehow deleted the journey from our satisfaction, recognition and don’t thrive on it anymore, our focus is on the end line, no matter the mean.
Everyone needs to look within and just please their inner self in hopes that all falls in place peacefully.
