“In the real world you are not limited by the type, but I want you to design using your favourite gate ”
For those of you who don’t know what gates are, they are digital logic gates used to design digital circuit (link)
I space out, and picture my favourite one, well I’d say the “AND” gate, I think of it as the fair gate, both sides have to be balanced to produce the highest outcome
“Yeah, that’d be my gate … “
Back to reality …
The instructor continues, “Actually it’s sad if you have a favourite gate, sounds like you need to get a life … “
WTH, what’s wrong with having favourites .. ya3nee … why is it when anyone has any favourites in the IT world, it’s considered to be a sad thing and one needs to get a life
OR gate, “يلعب على الصوبيين”
NOT gate, “مو على كيفك يبا تمر مثل ما انت حبيبي”
XOR gate, unconventional, likes it when opposites come together
I like to think of all of them as one happy family, completing each other, cooperating together to make things happen.
What’s your favourite gate
