I’m not at all impressed with how 3D movies are made. Every movie coming out is in 3D and I have to book it because well just in case! If you have the technology and you don’t have the scenario to deploy it why offer it. It’s like signing up for 1 Mbps Internet speed when you are using at most 256 Kbps. At each scene, I’d be looking at the 3D effect, I guess I’d notice more with two versions running side by side, 3D and 2D, one eye with glasses the other naked just to make an assessment
Anyway about the film, didn’t like it! At all, Alice was boring why was she casted in the first place, as I always feel with films I don’t really like, I felt I was waiting for it to begin!
You got to admire Johnny Depp for his performance because as Merly Streep in my opinion their acting is always different from one movie to another and fresh. But that doesn’t mean I have to like all their movies. Tim Burton had a darker look with Alice in Wonderland as with all his movies that I’ve watched.

Nice to hear from you
the 3D in Alice and the graphics I think were stunning. I was blown away by it. Johnny as usual gives you something to admire, though I hoped for better. Perhaps I’m always comparing with Jack sparrow. The cat, worm, and the twin brothers were nice characters.
I have to thank u for saying it. Why on earth would the star be such a lifeless actress? Sometimes u notice talented actor, usually u don’t say actor was bad. They are at least tolerable. But this was waaaaay toooo bad!
As for the dark side, I kinda liked something different for a change.

Madree 3ala the 3D, I guess I go in, either with high exceptions or little experience and knowledge.

Bloggylife: Yeah that one too ofcourse
. I also kinda liked the white queen act
She’s Australian http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1985859/
Though I really thought she is British. But come on, Kierra Knightly is, she’s got much more life.
I’ll tell you I think the story was a bit short and barely gave the characters a role to play. I noticed that.
btw, you cannot watch 3D with one eye, and 2D in the other. The glasses are designed so that image is sent to one eye but not the other, and then vice versa, which creates the illusion of 3D. So you need both eyes to see it
