TV Shows
Posted by Bloggylife in entertainment on April 19, 2010
I’m listing my current TV shows.
- NCIS: Season 7
I absolutely LOVE this show, and an added bonus, Gibbs, enough said
Well not really, there is also funny Dinozzo, geeky McGee and Abby and Dr. Mullard. At first I hated the new addition Ziva David from Season 3 but she grew on me and I’m liking her in this season. I used to hate her because she replaced Agent Caitlin Todd whom with Tony made a really funny couple.

- Spartacus: Blood and Sand: Season 1
Betrayed by the Romans. Forced into slavery. Reborn as a Gladiator. The classic tale of the Republic’s most infamous rebel comes alive in the graphic and visceral new series, “Spartacus: Blood and Sand.” Torn from his homeland and the woman he loves, Spartacus is condemned to the brutal world of the arena where blood and death are primetime entertainment. But not all battles are fought upon the sands. Treachery, corruption, and the allure of sensual pleasures will constantly test Spartacus. To survive, he must become more than a man. More than a gladiator. He must become a legend.
Not many will like this show, I first watched the first free two episodes from the network. It did not grow on me, but later on I did not have anything to watch so I gave it another go and it grew on me. Let me warn you, it is bloody, full of obscene scenes, there has to be a topless woman in any episode and that is the least of it, the battle in the arena, the sex scenes and cruelty! The season’s finale I was left in awe! I had to cover my eyes!!! So much blood, the fighting, the slaughtering. What I like about this show is the fast past and the non-apologetic portrayal of that era. Though I second again, this show is NOT for everyone … so you’ve been warned.

- Scrubs: Season 9
I do not understand why they keep cancelling this show! It is awesome and I love Dr. Perry. This time around there is a new cast and it is a teaching hospital.
PS: The photoshop work on the poster is bad!

- Modern Family: Season 1
One big family, you’ll find the traditional family, the mix-culture family and the gay family. Their daily lives and how they get along. It is funny and I’m loving it

- The Mentalist: Season 2
This season hasn’t yet explored much of Red John! But relationships. Why am I watching it, it is not a great show, a good one though, I just want to know more about Red John! I hope it doesn’t have a stupid ending of who the psycho is
I just can’t wait for the next season to begin. This is an awesome show about a spy who was mysteriously let go by his agency and benched. Until he discovers who has done this to him and why, he helps other people with their problem with his team of friends and deal with past enemies.
Movie: Clash of the Titans
Posted by Bloggylife in entertainment on April 19, 2010
The mortal son of the god Zeus embarks on a perilous journey to stop the underworld and its minions from spreading their evil to Earth as well as the heavens.
This movie is great in 3D better than Alice in Wonderland in my opinion. I love action movies, even if the storyline is not that great, I don’t mind at all.
It was a good movie, but there was so much going on, so much history and background information jammed in the running time of the movie. Snippets here and there. I don’t want to spoil the movie, but you get the feeling of “المخرج عاوز كده” for some of the events that occur.
There is the Arab influence that appears in the movie and of course it’s like most, roles related to black magic and silliness.
If they wanted they could’ve spanned this movie over several Clash of the Titans series, like Lord of the Rings sequels, I’m sure they’re planning for another one to come out. I think I’ve seen too many movies that I can related to scenes happening in one movie that already happened in another, this one gave me a flash back from 300 movie, when is the sequel to that coming out, that was a great movie
